This month, why not do more walking? Spring is here and the weather is great. Get outdoors and do some walking. We are encouraging you to take at least 30 minutes each day to get up and walk. You’ll feel so much better!
This month, Starkville in Motion is partnering with the local walking group Starkville Walk Jog Ruck on a statewide walking campaign called “One Step at a Time.” Updates and walking routes will be posted on their Facebook group.
